About Anna

Anna is passionate about creating space for people to nurture and nourish themselves through the varied practices of yoga.

Having been teaching since 2008, she is a Senior Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness & Compassion Teacher and Author of Weaving Mindfulness and Compassion into Yoga Teaching.  

She has trained in a variety of yoga styles (slow flow, therapeutic yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, meditation and yoga nidra).

Anna weaves mindfulness and compassion throughout her yoga offerings. Her style of teaching enables practice to be a space for connection and exploration rather than performance or perfectionism. Each day we are different, and she guides students to practice with presence and compassion so that we can respect our unique needs.
