My Teacher
Anna Taylor is a senior yoga teacher, yoga therapist and mindfulness instructor based in London.
Anna is passionate about equipping people with simple, yet practical, tools to incorporate into their daily lives. Combining movement, breathwork, mindful-awareness and self-compassion she helps clients understand the interplay between their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and offers practices to find balance amidst the busyness.
Anna teaches yoga classes in two of London’s popular yoga studios, The Life Centre (www.thelifecentre.com) and Yoga On The Lane (yogaonthelane.com) as well as well-established classes that have been running in her community for over 12 years. Anna teaches a range of yoga styles (Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga) and weaves elements of mindfulness & compassion throughout group classes.
Anna is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and holds a Level 4 qualification in Integrating Mindfulness & Compassion into Professional Practice through MindfulnessUK. She regularly runs 8-week MBSR course and 4-week Cultivating Self-compassion courses in London and will soon be delivering these online.
As well as offering group classes and courses in London Anna works one-to-one with clients using mindfulness and yoga therapy to support clients with their wellbeing.
